Like last year, we wanted to persevere in our belief that activities such as Nordic Walking could also be competitive, and without losing sight of its primary purpose, that is aimed at recreational and psychological well-being of participants, we wanted to repeat the test mode all'Ecomaratona say "moderately competitive".

Nordic walking for some has become a veritable way of life, and in some ways perhaps it is.
